INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
1 Cup Whole Wheat
1/2 Cup Semolina
2 Cup finely chopped Coriander leaves
Ginger-Green chilli paste
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Fruit salt (ENO)
Salt accordingly
RECIPE
STEP 1 -
Take Gram flour, Whole wheat, Semolina in a bowl and mix them so that there are no lumps.
STEP 2 -
Now, add chopped coriander leaves and ginger chilli paste.
STEP 3 -
Now, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, olive oil and salt and mix it nicely into batter using water.
STEP 4 -
Now, Add 1 tbsp fruit salt into the batter and mix gently immediately before pouring the batter into the greased microwave safe bowl.
STEP 5 -
Now, pour about half the batter into the greased microwave safe bowl and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes or until done.
STEP 6 -
Now, slightly cool them and cut it into pieces and serve immediately .
