INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Whole wheat
¼ Cup Curd
Baking powder
Baking soda
Chopped vegetables(capsicum,corn,onion,mushroom)
Mozzarella Cheese
Makki atta
Melted butter
Chilli flakes and herbs(Oregano,Parsley)
RECIPE
Step 1 -
Mix 1 cup whole-wheat, ¼ cup curd, 1 teaspoon salt and sugar each, 1 teaspoon baking powder and soda each and mix it properly.Add warm water gradually and mix slowly to make the dough soft and then cover with wet cloth for minimum 30 minutes.
Step 2 –
For the topping, cut the veggies and grate the pizza cheese.
Step 3 -
For seasoning, prepare garlic butter by mixing some butter, chopped garlic, herbs and a pinch of black pepper.
Step 4 -
After 30 minutes, Take the pizza dough and divide it into 5 equal parts.Take one part and roll it well between your palms. Flatten and keep on the rolling board. Sprinkle some corn flour(Makki Atta) if required.Make holes in the base with the help of fork to keep the pizza base flat.
Step 5 -
Heat a pan and brush or spread some olive oil on it.Now gently place the pizza on the pan and spread some garlic butter on to it.Keep the flame to a low or sim and cover it with a lid.
Step 6 -
After 2 minutes remove the lid and spread some pizza sauce and top partially baked crust with your pizza toppings and grated cheese. Cover it with the lid again and let the veg pizza cook on a low flame or sim.
Step 7 -
Remove and sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes and serve tawa pizza hot.
